Our Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Chirpz maintains a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at info@chirpztreats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to pack and send out your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and contact us immediately if any items are damaged, defective or incorrect so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and if the request for refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. If your refund is not posted to your account within 10-12 business days after approval, please reach back out to us so that we can investigate the issue further.
